We have a central administrative office in New Iberia, as well as regional offices located all over Louisiana, from Lafayette to Bossier City. Please visit our Contact Us page to find the office nearest you, as well as phone numbers and driving directions.

Where and how can I donate?

Donations to Arc of Acadiana may be submitted online, by mail to our central administrative office, or by signing up for a membership. You can also support Arc by becoming a sponsor of our Annual Golf Classic or Mardi Gras Bead Drive. Please click on one of the following links to access more information about donating to Arc.

How can I get involved in any of Arc of Acadiana’s activities?

We are committed to our cause and welcome support from volunteers, professionals and businesses who would like to get involved  or make a donation.  Please click here for some great ideas on how you and/or your organization can support Arc of Acadiana.

How much does it cost to hire Arc clients for a job?

It is extremely affordable to hire Arc clients for a job. It’s best to Contact Us at the Employment Services office nearest you to work out the full details of the job for which you need service. If you’d like to learn more about typical job services fulfilled by our clients, please click here.

What are the typical jobs that Arc clients are able to fulfill?

The Arc of Acadiana actively pursues relationships with businesses and individuals in the community to provide a variety of contractual job opportunities for our clients.

We’re always looking for more business partners who are willing to hire our clients. Our clients are best suited for assembly-type, rote jobs and tasks, such as stuffing envelopes, rolling silverware, shredding papers or other jobs of this nature. We are happy to provide custom training for new jobs that fall within the capabilities of our clients. Click here to learn more about the specific job services we currently offer the community.

Can I hire Arc clients for lawn service as a private homeowner or do I have to be a business?

You may hire Arc clients as a private homeowner, or as a business. We are happy to undertake one-time jobs, or arrange for a scheduled, on-going service. Whether you’re looking to clean out your attic, need silverware rolled for an event, need document shredding services or someone to help with fall planting, please consider supporting and employing those in our community who are disabled, and make a positive impact of someone aspiring to find vocational fulfillment. Please contact the Employment Services office nearest your location or residence for more information or to arrange to hire a client for a specific job.
