Direct Support Professionals

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Day Programs, Waiver Services, and Group Homes. Each setting involves unique responsibilities, all focused on community integration and providing support in the least restrictive environment.

Day Program: Shifts run from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

Waiver Services: Shifts run throughout the day, 7 days a week.

Group Homes Program: Shifts run throughout the day, 7 days a week.

Casual with closed toed shoes.

Do you pay overtime?

Yes, overtime is paid at 1-1/2 times the base pay rate.
