Arc of Acadiana provides care for individuals ranging from 18 years of age to 100. The programs available are built to achieve our mission of securing for all people with disabilities the opportunity to develop, participate, and live life to their fullest potential.
What is an adult day program?
An adult day program provides a caring environment that enhances the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community integration, enrichment programs and a variety of social activities.
What is a typical day at the day program?
The day program offers a full day of interactions and activities, Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Our program maximizes physical and cognitive abilities; as well as social opportunities for all individuals.
